In just an interesting way, we did not close the red tomatoes for the winter. For example, in one of the previous articles, I described as many as seven delicious ways to twist. But this year we have a huge harvest of these vegetables, which is enough not only for closing the whole tomatoes or various salads and lecho,but even for making delicious juice from these red fruits. And there are so many different ways here that I decided to select the most interesting and tried on my family.

It has long been proven that a drink from tomatoes is incredibly useful for our body, especially in winter, when there are so few vegetables left that can provide the necessary amount of trace elements. Therefore, it will be the main reason for its preparation. A wonderful and well-loved taste will be a nice bonus to all its beneficial qualities.

So I will not discuss much, but just begin to reveal all my secrets of making this delicious red delicacy.


Delicious tomato juice at home for the winter

In fact, for the preparation of juice from a tomato requires a minimum amount of ingredients and not so much effort. For what I generally like it and harvested. See for yourself, and you will see.

What is necessary for its preparation:

  • Red tomatoes - 13 kilograms;
  • Rock salt - 2 teaspoons per 1000 grams;
  • Granulated sugar - 2 teaspoons per 1000 grams.

Let's start cooking:

First of all, prepare the red fruits: wash them and cut the stem. Then divide into four parts.

To get the juice of the most intense taste, it is better to take large and fleshy fruits.

Then skip the sliced ​​vegetables through a juicer. So the juice will be less thick.

But if you use a meat grinder for these purposes, you will get a thick beautiful mass.

Next, rub the sauce using a strainer with small holes. This will save us from seeds and pieces of skin.

Pour the finished juice into a saucepan, transfer it to the tile and turn on medium heat under it.Put the right amount of refined sugar and stone salt, in accordance with the amount of juice and boil for about fifteen minutes.

Along the way, we are preparing containers for seaming by sterilization over steam.

Ready juice gently pour in three liters containers and tighten the caps. Put them upside down and do not touch them until they cool.

What we need:

  • Red tomatoes -2000 grams;
  • Rock salt - 1 tsp;
  • Granulated sugar - 2 teaspoons;
  • Herbs - at the discretion.

Let's start cooking:

With my red fruits, we separate the tails from them and cut them into random pieces. Squeeze red juice out of prepared fruits.

We put it on the stove and on a small flame we wait for boiling.

There are so many different ways of harvesting juice from tomatoes and almost all of them require sterilization, and this method does not need it. Ideal, not requiring much effort.

What is required:

  • Red tomatoes - 6 pounds;
  • Rock salt - at discretion;
  • Sugar - to taste.

Proceed to the harvesting:

For the best juice, it is better to take the most ripe fruit, rich scarlet color.

Wash the fruit and cut into pieces removing inflorescence.

Squeeze the juice out of the ingredients or using a meat grinder, or using a juicer.

If you use the first method, then an additional mass must be ground through a strainer.

Pour the prepared mass into a large saucepan, put rock salt and granulated sugar to taste. And we transfer to a small flame tile. With constant mixing, wait for boiling. Boil the mixture for about ten minutes.

Pour the mixture into sterilized containers, roll tin lids and set upside down. We are waiting for cooling and send them to the basement for safety.
