The southern section of the second ring of the Moscow metro will open by 2018December 15, 2017
It is planned that the southern section of the Third Metro Interchange Circuit will start operating in 2018.
This was stated by Marat Khusnullin, deputy mayor of Moscow. Here we are talking about the area between "Kakhovka" and "Vernadsky Avenue", which has a length of almost 7 kilometers. Three new stations will be located in the southern section: Novatorov Street, Kaluzhskaya Station, and Zyuzino.
Marat Khusnullin also noted that the first of these stations will be a transit point to the new metro line leading to the territories recently connected to Moscow. And the second station will be a transfer to another branch - Kaluzhsko-Rizhskaya.
The third transfer loop should be the second ring line of the Moscow metro and connect the existing radial lines.Due to this, the first and second interchange circuits, as well as the metro line, will be partially unloaded.
Recall that recently the mayor of the capital reported that the first section of the Third Interchange Circuit should be earned in 2016. According to the plans, six new stations will appear on it. These are the stations: Khoroshevskaya, Nizhnyaya Maslovka, Petrovsky Park, Shelepiha, Khodynskoye Pole and the station Business Center.
When performing construction work, the velmash manipulator can also be used, which is distinguished by its ease of operation. The modern design and good technical characteristics make this manipulator very popular.
