The transfer point "Koptevo" in the north of the capital of Russia will be built by the end of 2015September 15, 2017
An employee of the metropolitan ring railway recently announced that a transport hub called “Koptevo”, which in the north of the capital, will be fully built by the end of 2015. At present, the amount of investment in this project is still unknown.
According to Moskomstroyinvest, the town planning and land commission of the capital adopted technical and economic indicators as part of the territory planning, which is adjacent to the small ring of the Moscow Railway and TPU Koptevo. Probably, a service station will appear here, where you can buy a bumper, for example, or change the oil.
The TPU terminal will occupy an area of 1,600 square meters, another 4,000 square meters will be spent on the construction of a pedestrian crossing with maintenance.Also under this project it is planned to reconstruct the Zheleznodorozhnik culture center, the total area of which is 1.91 thousand square meters.
At the moment, in this area in 21.93 hectares there are objects of various functional purposes, namely, boxed garages, open parking for cars and numerous production buildings. In the northwestern part there is an object that is credited to the objects of cultural heritage - the depot "Likhobory". Note that this depot was erected as early as 1903-1908, and was designed by its architect A. Pomerantsev.
From the north, the territory is bordered by the Mikhalkovo estate complex, which is recognized as a monument of landscape architecture, and from the west by the Koptevo and Bratsevo production areas.
