suji ka paratha recipe | sooji paratha | rava paratha

  1. firstly take cooked cooked rava into a large mixing bowl along with ½ cup wheat flour.
  2. also add ¼ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp ajwain, 1 chilli, 2 tbsp coriander, ¼ tsp salt and ½ tsp ginger paste.
  3. knead the dough for 5 minutes to a smooth and soft dough.
  4. pinch a ball sized dough and flatten slightly.
  5. dust with wheat flour and roll gently.
  6. now on a hot tawa place the rolled paratha and cook for a minute.
  7. furthermore, when the base is partly cooked, flip the suji paratha.
  8. also, spread ½ tsp oil / ghee and press slightly both the sides.
  9. flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly.
  10. finally, serve suji ki paratha / rava paratha with dal, raita and pickle.
