New form PSG 2018-2019 year
The opening of the season 2018-2019 is not far off, and the Paris Saint-Germain Football Club is preparing for it on a par with other European teams. Photos of a new form have appeared on the Internet, in which Parisians will enter the field of their stadium and guest matches. The technical sponsor of the most expensive French club is still Nike. The title sponsor, whose name has been emblazoned on players' T-shirts already since 2007, has also not changed. This is the Arab company Fly Emirates. According to rumors, cooperation with the airline brings the club 25 million euros per year.
American designers, of course, have not moved away from the traditional colors of home sets - it’s not for nothing that PSG players have been called “red-blue” for many years. But if the shape of the season 2017-2018 is different strict geometric lines and monophonic canvas top, then the updated version has a more democratic look. Branded “Nickov's” non-uniform texture forms diamonds in the center of the end part and “herringbone” on the sleeves. All canvas t-shirts are dark blue, the sleeves of the same tone are separated only constructively. Red color is presented only in the middle - a wide stripe in the form of the same “Christmas tree”.The inscription Fly Emirates is located directly on top of the red stripe (on the previous design, it divided it).
The visiting set of “Parisians” in the season 2018-2019, perhaps, will most of all surprise the fans of the team, if the images of the designer finds are real. Instead of the warm yellow, classic color of the PSG guest uniform, we will see light beige T-shirts on the Parisian footballers. Also, the designers got rid of black stripes, which were edged behind the neckline and walked on the sides. The golden beige fir-trees on the sleeves will become the only color accent. Judging by the presented photos, even the emblem will change color - instead of the blue-red-white badge on the T-shirt there is a beige badge with a black outline pattern. Only the Nike badge and sponsorship inscription remained the same.
The third set in the season 17-18 was presented in black with gray stripes along the shoulder line and a chaotic geometric pattern. Regarding the spare form of the Parisians in the new season, the rumors are absolutely fantastic - there are photos in the network in which we see a gray print on black T-shirts - this is a classic Louis Vuitton rhombus. The emblem is also made in black with a beige pattern, the same shade is the inscription Fly Emirates and the manufacturer's badge. Perhaps the legendary fashion house really decided to cooperate with the club. As far as it is close to the truth, we will know when the form is officially presented.
A bit of history
The PSG team was formed back in 1970 as a result of the merger of two Parisian clubs. Initially, the clothes of football players were made in red colors. The red-blue color, which Parisians began to recognize on the world sports arena, was introduced by Daniel Ashter in 1974, who developed a new shape and logo with the Eiffel Tower. That it remains until 1981: a blue canvas with a wide red vertical stripe in front. However, starting from the 1981–1982 season, the Parisians' home shape becomes white with red and blue elements: at first it is a vertical bar on the right along the entire silhouette, then inscriptions and stripes on the shoulders. In 1994, the designers returned to the classic proportions of red and blue colors. An unusual set was released in 2010 - the athletes played home games in absolutely red T-shirts with a blue stripe on the collar. In 2012, by contrast, the players' T-shirts were blue with a slight red element.By the way, the Paris Club has been cooperating with Nike since 1989 and is not going to break off fruitful relations - the last time the contract was extended until 2021.
