How to store red caviar?
Red caviar is not only healthy, but also deliciousproduct. It is added during the preparation of a variety of dishes. But despite all the positive aspects storage can deliver a bit of a hassle. The article talks about how to store red caviar.
If the packaging has not been broken, then it is possible to store the red caviar in this form for about a year, but it is necessary to follow the instructions on the package. Overdue caviar should not be eaten.
- If you opened a jar or purchased caviar inplastic packaging, it should immediately be transferred to a glass container, since it is impossible to store caviar in an iron can. Thus, you can avoid oxidative processes and fast deterioration of the product.
- Store the eggs in the refrigerator at -1 / -2 degrees Celsius. Maximum permissible temperature: -8 degrees.
- If the temperature in the refrigerator compartment is higherput, you can put a jar of caviar in a container of ground ice. Ice should be changed as it melts. This caviar is stored in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days. After that, it begins to lose its useful properties.
