How to get to Matrona?
The Holy Matron during his lifetime was a healer,clairvoyant. She gave hundreds of people health, spiritual comfort, helped to find a way of life. From birth, the girl was blind, and at 18 years her legs were refused. Despite this, she always found the strength to do good, to help other people. In 1999, she was canonized as a local Moscow saint.

The guardian of the holy relics of Matrona isPokrovsky female stauropegial monastery. From all over Russia, people come to touch a piece of a righteous Christian woman, ask her for health, well-being, protection and help for herself and her family.
To get to the monastery is best from the metro stations "Proletarskaya", "Taganskaya", "Marxist". Regularly from them runs a different public transport:
- Art. m. "Marxist" (from it you can go to the station. m. "Taganskaya"). In the underground passage you need to go left and go to the end, go to the square and go to the stop. Routes that will take to the Intercession Monastery: 51, 74, 106 (buses); 63m, 316m, 463m, 567m (fixed-route taxi); 63, 16, 63k, 26 (trolleybuses). Exit will need to be literally a couple of stops, on Bolshaya Andronievskaya street. About 50 meters away you will see a monastery.
- Art. m. "Proletarian" (from it you can go to the station. m. "Peasant outpost"). In 100 meters from the exit from the metro station there is a public transport stop. To get to the monastery will allow one of these routes: 26 (trolleybus), 43 (tram). Exit will need to be on the Abelmanovskaya outpost and after a walk to get to the temple of Matrona (about 150 m). If you do not want to go, then at the station. m. "Proletarian" go to the station "Peasant Outpost", and from it walk (about 800 m) go to the square Abelmanovskaya outpost.
