Sometimes when performing various repairsit becomes necessary to fold the pipe. It is quite simple to do this if you have special equipment. But we will reveal to you the secrets of how to bend a pipe without a bend in the home. Nothing is impossible if you set a goal.
Pipes of this type are most often used for the equipment of the warm floor. If its design includes curved pipes, then the efficiency of using metal-plastic pipes increases.
The easiest way to bend it is to attachphysical strength. Take the tube closer to the edges and start bending it. In order not to break it, remember the simple rule: for every 2 cm of the pipe, no more than 15 degrees of deflection is allowed. Of course, it is not always possible to beautifully bend a pipe in this way. Therefore, if you are concerned with the aesthetic side of the question, try another option. Fill the tube cavity with finely chopped wire and then bend the pipe.
Unfortunately, not every pipe can be bent by hand. But there is also a trouble-free method that requires additional equipment. So, in order to bend the metal-plastic pipe, you will need a blowtorch, wire, a vise, plastic plugs, fine sand.
Fill the cavity of the pipe with sand and close its edgesplugs. Sand will be a kind of indicator of the heating of the pipe and will prevent the appearance of cracks in the bend. Place the pipe in a vice. Place the intended bend with a blowtorch. The pipe can only be bent after reaching a certain temperature. Determine sufficient heating can be done by smoldering paper brought to a warmed place. When the condition becomes suitable, you can easily bend the pipe.

If you are doing well with the design,try the first simple option. For its implementation, only a Bulgarian and a welding machine are required. Mark the location of the fold and calculate its radius. Now make three incisions with the Bulgarian: at the point of the beginning of the bend, the maximum deflection and the end of the bend. You can draw a drawing on paper and measure at what distance from each other there are three values. After this procedure, the pipe will bend easily. All propylenes are welded and polished.
The second method will suit those people who startedconstruction work in the midst of a frosty winter. Fill the inner space of the pipe with cold water, having previously plugged the bottom hole with the plug, and after filling and the upper one. Put it in the cold and wait for the water to solidify. Then puncture the place of the supposed bending with a blowtorch. The pipe will bend easily without cracks and tears.
The third way is very similar to the one that werecommended to use for metal-plastic pipes. Only in this case, the sand is first heated, and then poured into a tube. If you do not have suitable stubs, use wooden wedges.
The fourth way is also associated with sand. In addition to it you will need kiyank, wedges and vice. Fill the pipe with sand, close the holes with wedges and clamp it in the vise. Mark the place of the bend and hit it with a mallet. With sufficient impact strength, any pipe will give in.
From dense wire, make by windingon something a square or round spring (depends on the section of the pipe), slightly smaller than the cross section of the pipe. This spring will protect the pipe from deformation. Spray it over an open fire and place it in a tube. With a long wire, slide it to the bend point. Bend the pipe.
