Screen partition for the room with their own hands
The first stage is to create components of the future MP. In order for the work to be done at the highest level, we recommend that you use 2 × 3 boards. Mark cut lines on the boards and cut them out with a circular saw. Then make several parallel lines inside the cuts and remove excess material with bits. After that, clean the resulting grooves with sandpaper.
The next stage is the assembly of panels. Treat the joint between the panels with wood glue, then drill the guide holes. After making sure that the corners of the panel joints are 90 degrees, insert 1 inch screws to strengthen the joints. After that, you need to leave the panel for several hours in a warm place in order for the glue to dry.
The assembly of the partition is the final stage of the creation of the MP. In order to get the desired result, we recommend that you fix the panels together with the help of pianos or metal loops. Connect the panels at both ends, leaving no large gaps between them. Attach the harvested fabric to the panels and stretch it properly before attaching it to the frame with staples.
And the last. Pay due attention to the final touches: fill all the holes with good filler and allow them to dry before sanding the surface with fine-grained sandpaper.
