An industrial park of 210 thousand square meters will be built near Tver. m
In the Tver region, the company British development company Norman Asset Management plans to build a multifunctional logistics park with an area of 210 thousand square meters. The park project was presented at the international real estate exhibition MIPIM-2008, held from 11 to 14 March in Cannes.
As representatives of the company explained, the corresponding agreement was signed with the governor of the Tver region.
The land area for construction will be 75 hectares. It is planned to complete the project within two years.
In addition to the industrial park near Tver, three more are planned: in Moscow (225 thousand square meters), in St. Petersburg (185 thousand square meters) and in Rostov-on-Don (120 thousand square meters).
